For one of our client we are currently looking for an IT Analyst.
Your day-to-day
You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of commercial systems consumer database solutions, retailer applications, digital platforms, and mobile apps. You will apply service management practices while providing support to commercial teams such as field forces and contact center agents, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical support to internal teams
- Manage the ticketing system, ensuring requests and resolutions are accurately tracked and up to date
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
- Apply service management methodologies and usability best practices
