Software Application Management
- Software applications refer to content management systems, database systems, business software that are essential to support bank's operations.
- Related duties will be:
- Deploying and maintaining software applications to meet operational needs and service levels.
- Defining, applying, and maintaining application configurations and security baselines, using Group Policy Objects (GPO) or other appropriate tools.
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of software applications.
- Detecting, logging, and resolving potential and actual problems, in line with incident management processes.
