IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist

Position: IT Asset Mangement Specialist Location: Bangalore Workmode: Full-Time, Hybrid/Onsite Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to manage and optimize the lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets across the organization. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset inventories, coordinating procurement, asset check-in/check-out, deployment, transfers, and secure disposal processes while ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements and company policies. The candidate will work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and end users to resolve inventory discrepancies, support audits, generate asset reports, and improve asset management processes. Experience with IT asset and endpoint management tools such as Device42, Microsoft Intune, and SOTI MobiControl is preferred.
