IT Business Analyst (Colombia)

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to document current processes, identify gaps, and help define future-state solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in agile environments, has strong analytical and communication skills, and can bridge the gap between business and technology (software development) while ensuring projects are delivered effectively and smoothly transitioned to internal teams.
