IT Business Analyst (Project Based)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 7 year Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Must have certification ISO 20022.
• Must have experience in the development and implementation of payment systems related to fund transfers with clearing functions.
• Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system functionality.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, and reports.
