PrecisionERP/IT is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract at our downtown Toronto client. The role will be hybrid with three days in the office. Requirements
At least 7 years of stakeholder management and reporting in IT; wide performance KPIs. At least 7 years identifying drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Hands‑on experience developing and implementing use cases in tools like Asana and JIRA. Excellent MS Office toolset knowledge. Experience with support resource utilization tracking and management. CPA or Finance background preferred. CAPEX, OPEX expenditures knowledge.
