  Job Description 
 
   Job Overview:  
 Based in our Bengaluru office you will be responsible for and running the change management process, ensuring IT services and infrastructure are conducted efficiently and with minimal disruption to Arm. You will adhere to ITIL standard methodologies, ensuring changes are documented, assessed, approved, implemented and reviewed to maintain service stability and quality.
 
   Responsibilities:  
 Develop, implement and run IT Change process.
 Evaluate change requests, ensuring they are complete and contain all vital information for assessment.
 Coordinate with stakeholders to assess impact, risk, business communications and benefits of proposed changes.
 Carry out quality assurance on the processes and the artefacts submitted to support them. Develop a range of performance measure to regular supervise the effectiveness of change.
