We are seeking a capable resource to coordinate a range of activities, from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Participate in developing governance structure and standards of EUC delivery based on business and IT.
Ensure that the desktop support internal processes and procedures are adhered to.
Manage incidents/ service requests assigned to them till resolution/ execution.
