Your new role
Acting as the local SME for a defined business domain (Sales), you will ensure the effective operation, stability, and alignment of both local and centrally managed IT apps with business processes. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance, IT policies, data security standards, coordinating releases/changes, facilitating issue resolution, and ensuring documentation and process standardisation. As the primary interface between the local market and central IT, the role translates business needs into aligned solutions.
