IT Engineer (Ramos Arizpe)

Responsabilidades

• Active Directory: permission management for users, creating work groups, setting up users and groups, adding or deleting computers.
• Helpdesk: provide assistance to employees with technological matters.
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment, replacing damaged parts when necessary.
• Domain migration and deployment of systems.
• Network management and telecommunications: routers, switches, Fortinet firewalls, WAN (Ruckus Zone Director), LAN, VPN, point‑to‑point network links.
• Telephony systems: Hipath 3000 Siemens / Cisco CME, monitoring installation of CCTV.
• Asset inventory and control using Wasp System (labels).
• Development of value proposals to improve organizational efficiency.

Requisitos

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proactive profile with strong problem‑solving capacity.
