Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Engineer to join our Smartfactory Operations team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining cutting-edge smart manufacturing technologies, driving our digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure operations for all Smartfactory solutions such as the Manufacturing Execution Systems (SAP DM), Manufacturing Service Bus (MSB), IoT Edge Technology, Maschine Data Acquisition and Recipe Management System
Offer 2nd level support of business solutions in the area of Manufacturing IT Applications
Support/consult the central key user and the local key users in the plants for all Smartfactory solutions
Drive active system monitoring
Coordinate system upgrades and patches
Support the digital transformation of the business with digitalization solutions
Support the regional rollout of the Smartfactory solutions
