About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to join our US-based IT team. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on infrastructure ownership, Microsoft cloud operations, security, and advanced troubleshooting in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You’ll work closely with global IT teams, support employees across multiple regions, and take part in ongoing IT projects while maintaining high standards of service, security, and reliability. Must be able to travel to the Chicago office 1-2 times a month. This role reports directly to the Corporate IT Manager.
