IT Executive

We are looking for an IT Executive who has experience in the installation & management of projectors, along with general technical IT support.

Able to operate and maintain projectors, cleaning the lens, regular inspection, software updates and any other adjustments as required.

• Communicate with overseas partner remotely for any system updates.
• Maintaining office PC, POS and any other device. Ensure updates done on time.
• Trouble shoot computer issues and assist all the operational requirements on timely manner, including system crashes and slowdowns.
• Maintaining working components through repair or replacement.
• Assisting staff with hardware and software challenges.
• Attend, greet guest and working with operations team
