The Field Support Technician provides consistent, high - quality service delivery to perform hands - on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end - user technology systems and peripherals throughout the district's campuses/facilities.
This position works in collaboration with members of the Field Support group, under the guidance of the Lead Field Support Technician, all under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and as part of the district's Innovation Technology (IT) department.
