Major Responsibilities:
1: IT Support
- Provide Level 1 support for IT systems on the Head Office.
- Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, printers) and PC software.
- Install and maintain PC and networked devices in HO.
- IT Equipment’s and software Asset and inventory management.
2: Network and Infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain uptime of network infrastructure (L1 Support), Domain Server, switches, access points, CCTV, Firewall, NAS and IT vendors co-ordination.
