Job Description

BESIX Watpac is seeking an IT Applications and Infrastructure Team Lead to deliver proactive, results-driven solutions that align with business needs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of infrastructure and application professionals ensuring a strong focus on enterprise applications and Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) systems.
This role will be responsible for:
Overseeing team performance and productivity while fostering the ongoing development of team skills and knowledge.
Oversee and continuously improve IT operations, including monitoring systems, system and application management with up-to-date patching, cyber risk and security compliance,
Infrastructure oversight such as proactive management of cloud infrastructure, on-premise infrastructure, backups and software upgrades.
