IT Infrastructure Engineer

The IT Infrastructure & Virtualization Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s virtualization environment, server infrastructure, monitoring systems, and ITSM processes. The role requires hands‑on experience with VMware technologies, storage virtualization (VSAN), patch management, and application monitoring tools such as ManageEngine.

• ManageEngine Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize ManageEngine Application Manager for monitoring server, application, and network performance. Set up alerts, dashboards, custom monitors, and reporting for proactive issue detection. Maintain integrations with ITSM tools and ensure complete visibility of IT operations. Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and version upgrades of monitoring components.
