Provide hands-on IT support for end-user devices and workplace technology, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and office IT infrastructure. The role also manages asset lifecycle, IMAC activities, and IT service tickets.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-User Support
Troubleshoot hardware and device issues
Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Support new hires and device replacements
2. Asset & Inventory Management
Track IT hardware inventory
Manage device lifecycle (deploy, move, retire)
Maintain records of data-bearing assets
3. IT Infrastructure Support
Maintain IT/communication rooms
