About The Job

IT Loxon Manager requires knowledge in Application Support and DevOps area. Leadership skills that can mentor and guide the team leaders and junior members. The role is also responsible for the effective usage of the applications provided to business teams and end users, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks ensuring that incidents are effectively resolved, service requests and projects are properly executed and deployed, and coordinate within various departments for all activities. Helps the organization achieve its cost savings and process improvement goals through identified annual initiatives. The leaders will also be the liaison officer for all telecommunication providers and potential solutions provider on this area.
