IT Manager (NEC - Hospitality Systems)
The Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) is located at the NTU Main Campus. It features 150 guestrooms and aims to offer a premier venue for corporate training, retreats and private events. We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT manager to oversee system operations, integrations, and technology enablement during NEC’s ongoing refurbishment and lead up to full opening.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Systems Administration & Operation
Partner with NEC’s Brand IT Team and NTU’s Centre for IT Services (CITS) to design, implement and maintain a resilient network architecture.
Oversee daily operation of all NEC IT systems including PMS, POS, CRS, telecommunication, internet, and back-office systems.
Ensure system uptime, reliability, and data integrity across all NEC functions.
