Syntage is seeking an IT & Automation Manager to serve as the technical owner of our internal systems, IT infrastructure, and process automations.You will act as an internal consultant outlining high-level technical strategies, while also personally executing the hands-on development—including software integrations, AI adoption, and workflow automations.Additionally, you will manage the company's foundational cybersecurity posture and day-to-day IT administration.Manage change adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support for newly implemented tools.Design, build, and maintain system integrations across our SaaS ecosystem utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) or custom scripts (Python, JavaScript).
