An alternative asset management firm specializing in private equity, private debt, and other investment strategies, is currently seeking an IT Operations Manager.

Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for our third‑party IT service provider, managing their performance and ensuring desktop support and other requirements are met. Oversee IT infrastructure, architecture, desktop support, and network performance. Manage IT risks, including cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity plans. Monitor IT spend, procurement, and software licenses. Lead and manage various ongoing projects to enhance company‑wide efficiency and digitalization. Current projects include: Designing and configuring a new SQL database for private markets.
