IT Operations Specialist

We are now looking for a person who will be responsible for managing daily IT operations and user support, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient digital workplace environment in Xplora. This is an entry-level role, perfect for those who just completed their studies or have a few years of experience. This 1-year temporary position, with potential for extension.

You will act as the go-to person for workplace IT, combining technical expertise with a hands‑on approach to keep users, systems, and devices running efficiently. We will provide relevant training to make sure you are able to assist our IT team with the daily IT operations, but you will also provide your information security expertise to assist with IT process and strategy decisions.
