TOP 3 SKILLS:
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in IT operations, NOC/SOC, command-center, systems administration, or infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas: Windows workstation support, TCP/IP networking, real-time operations environments, or web/infrastructure troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
