Lead global ITSM transformation (ITIL v4 | ServiceNow MSP)
Build L1 & operating models internally
Drive Release Management modernization (CI/CD, automation, governance)
Implement Global CMDB & Asset Management
Govern vendor delivery (Capgemini Phase 2)
