IT Project Consultant / Manager - WCAN

Responsibilities: Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements, operational needs, and project objectives Plan and manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, automation engineers, QA, and operations Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines Lead user training sessions and oversee UAT, SIT, and go-live support Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations Prepare project documentation, reports, and client presentations Facilitate client meetings and provide advisory on WMS and healthcare automation solutions Support post-implementation activities, including handover and user training
