You connect Store Operations, Construction, fulfillment, and Technology teams to share timelines, clarify expectations, and coordinate smooth handoffs. You establish clear communication cadences, provide regular status and milestone updates, surface risks and dependencies early, and route questions or issues to the right teams for follow-up. Your focus is to keep stakeholders aligned with the information and coordination needed to deliver a consistent, ready-to-operate store experience.
