Position Purpose:

The Cloud Adoption & DevSecOps Office (CADO) is driving the next phase of cloud transformation across APAC. We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Technical Project Manager to support the design and execution of cloud adoption initiatives across all 10+ APAC countries. This role requires someone who can translate strategic cloud direction from global headquarters into practical, scalable, and cost-conscious implementation plans for the region. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth (Infrastructure), structured problem-solving, strong communication skills, and executive-level presentation capability. The person will work closely with regional leadership, country teams, architecture teams, infrastructure/platform teams, and global stakeholders to shape actionable cloud adoption roadmaps using existing technology refresh investment wherever possible.
