Scope of Work
- Manage end-to-end application development projects in the banking/financial services industry.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (business, development, QA, vendors) to ensure requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and handle risks, issues, and scope changes.
- Ensure projects comply with compliance and security standards in the banking industry.
- Manage project documentation (BRD, PRD, timeline, status reports).
- Lead project meetings such as kick-offs, sprint planning, and status reviews.
Requirement
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience handling application projects in the banking/financial services industry and loan projects is mandatory.
- Understanding of SDLC (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum).
