IT Project Manager

Role: IT Project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6-12 months+
Work Hours: IST (overlap through 1:00pm EST)
Work Schedule: 3:30am-11:30am ET
Location: Hybrid - (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India)

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS :

Experience & Background 5+ years of hands-on project management

Experience managing application development and integration projects (not infrastructure-only)

Background in banking, commercial insurance, or regulated financial environments

Familiarity with audit-driven / waterfall or hybrid PMLC environments (Not an Agile-only PM)

Project Management Skills Strong understanding of SDLC and PMLC

Ability to work with a team of 10–30 person global teams

Proven ability to coordinate across US & APAC stakeholders

Communication Impeccable spoken and written English...
