**IT Recruiter (Junior-Mid) - Delivery Focus****Company**: Fixity Technologies**Location**: Querétaro - WTC (Hybrid)**Role Overview****Key Responsibilities**- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical pre-screen calls- Support Delivery Managers in building pipelines for current and future requirements**Required Skills & Experience**- **1-2 years of experience** in IT recruitment or technical staffing- Basic understanding of IT roles (developers, cloud, data, infrastructure, etc.)- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment**Nice to Have**- Experience working with an ATS- Exposure to US or international IT roles- Basic knowledge of English (reading and understanding technical profiles)**Work Model**- **Hybrid role** - combination of on-site work at **WTC Querétaro** and remote days- Monday to Friday**Repo...
