Service Desk Agent Tier 2

We are looking for a Service Desk Agent Tier 2 to provide support and technical assistance to users. The role requires advanced English for written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and technical assistance to users
  • Resolve incidents and provide technical assistance to clients by solving their incidents

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • IOS / Windows troubleshooting
  • VPN support

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On site, only in Hermosillo, Blvd. Navarrete 66, Col. Valle Escondido.
