The IT Site Lead serve as the strategic liaison between ITOF (IT Operations and Foundations) and asset sites, providing leadership in aligning IT foundational services and initiatives with business objectives, driving operational excellence, and influencing key decisions to support both current operations and future improvements. The scope includes the Manufacturing Plant in Ningbo, the Technology & Sales Office in Shanghai, and the Sales Office in Beijing.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
+ Focus on operational performance, prioritizing IT site requests and representing new site capability requests working with platform teams
+ Manage MSP on provision of deskside, server and other IT infrastructure support needed for day-to-day operations.
+ Manage the IT strategy and portfolio for the company to ensure delivery of those needs through platform or co-located teams.
