To serve as an Information Technology (IT) specialist responsible for base level assistance in the operation and maintenance of the installation's computer network and to provide technical assistance, training, and support to customers. Responsibilities Assists in administering the base local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) for the installation. Assists in planning, testing, and configuring base network systems. Analyzes and resolves problems and trends. Provides customer support, assistance, training, and orientation.
