Indirect IT Senior Buyer – IT Software category

The IT Software Senior Buyer is part of our global IT Purchasing team and will be responsible for Software Purchasing to support the IT Organization and other Adient general requirements. It may also include global payroll, time and attendance, and other indirect purchases that may impact program launches. Purchasing deliverables are met according to project timing and budget. The role will negotiate changes, support VAVE activities and sourcing tracking, prepare RFQs, negotiate and source IT software, support technical feasibility reviews, represent purchasing in multifunctional project requirement reviews, project status reporting and supplier management.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of progressive experience in IT Software purchasing or project management at well-regarded companies of similar or larger scale and complexity to Adient. This position will require a general understanding of Indirect pur...
