This individual should be a highly skilled, customer-focused IT professional who serves as the senior escalation point for end-user support within a 170+ person engineering firm, prioritizing clear communication and full ownership of issue resolution. Operating in a Microsoft-centric environment (Windows, M365, Azure), this role focuses on deeply understanding systems managed by external consultants and ensuring a seamless experience for internal users when standard help desk support falls short.
