Job Description Summary
STEMCELL Technologies is looking for an IT Support Analyst to support our Cambridge facility. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn about and support STEMCELL’s business specific tools (such as lab and analytical equipment), and join project teams to support company-wide technology improvements.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-user IT equipment and cloud-based apps and tools. This is a varied role, including support of cloud applications and services like Google Workspaces, common end-user IT equipment (Windows, MacOS), and a chance to gain hands-on experience with cloud-based tools & platforms like AWS, Intune/Kandji & Cisco Meraki.
