This is a hands-on role where you'll be building strong client relationships while delivering exceptional IT support, playing a key role in the day-to-day management of the client’s IT environment. 

You will also be working closely with internal Level 3 engineers and project teams, contribute to incident resolution, system documentation, and process adherence, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve services, optimise systems, and mitigate operational risks.

Your Role:
Deliver onsite Level 2 IT support in a dedicated client environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, systems, and networking.

Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations.
