IT Support Engineer (Level 2 / Level 3) Job Description: Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their infrastructure and end-user technology team. This role will provide advanced technical support across desktop, laptop, device management and core Microsoft technologies within a dynamic onsite environment. Job Responsibilities Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across end-user devices, operating systems and enterprise applications. Manage and support Windows and MacOS laptops across the organisation. Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune environments, including device enrolment, compliance policies and endpoint management.
