We are looking for a Bilingual IT Support Level 1 professional to provide first-line technical support to our distributed workforce across different countries. This role will act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, connectivity, and system access. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) are essential, as support will be provided in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Level 1 support tickets via helpdesk platform, email, and/or internal chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware issues (laptops, peripherals) and software problems (Office 365, VPN, collaboration tools, antivirus).
  • Support system access processes: password resets, user creation, basic permissions.
  • Monitor recurring incidents and report trends for preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on tool standardization and improvement projects.
