IT Support Manager

Critical/essential skills&/ experience: At least 5 years experience as an IT Manager, with direct reports, i.e. skilled in leading teams and growing people. Must have exceptional Mac/Apple/IOS knowledge, including network integration with Office 365 and other applications. Proactive strategic self-starter with a solution-driven, go-getter mindset to solve problems and continuously improve systems. Expertise in network & wireless troubleshooting to ensure no drops in service. Boardrooms & deck plug-and-play setup that communicates across platforms for flawless in-person and interactive hybrid meetings. Fully understand and drive compliance, cyber security, POPIA, etc. Oversee internal security checks, camera systems, etc. with required confidentiality.
