IT Support Officer

We are looking for a IT Support Officer to assist in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of our production units in Sialkot. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with basic IT knowledge who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure network uptime, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support production floor systems.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure Support

· Assist in monitoring firewalls , WiFi access points , LAN , and WAN connectivity.

· Help maintain 99.9% uptime on production floor networks under supervision.

· Support basic VLAN , subnetting , and VPN configurations.

· Report ISP link issues and assist in failover testing.

Systems Administration Support

· Perform routine checks on Windows Server ...
