Assignment Description
For our client we are looking for an IT support consultant with experience with first and second line user support.
IT Support is a part of End User Services (EUS), with the primary purpose to answer questions, resolve incidents and fulfill requests, 08-16 CET on workdays. 
Key technologies are Google Workspace, Atlassian, MS EntraID, Intune, Slack, Ubiquiti.
