+ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and end users
+ Troubleshoot issues related to Windows environments, Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, and hardware
+ Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device setup
+ Support account administration within Active Directory and Microsoft 365
+ Document tickets, technical issues, and resolutions accurately
