Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS whose mission is to drive forward the future of liquid biopsy testing by joining the IT Services Team as a Support Specialist Intern.
Your mission:
You will assist with optimizing and automating our internal service desk portal and contribute to improving the IT support experience across the company. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations, enhance the user experience, and contribute to IT solutions that streamline workflows within SOPHiA GENETICS.
- Assisting in creation and testing a Tech services infrastructure dashboards used throughout the organization.
