At ESET, our IT Administrator plays a key role in supporting the I.T. architecture and operations for APAC Headquarters. Reporting to the IT & System Manager, the IT Administrator will maintain cost-efficient IT/Telecommunication support infrastructure to ensure a smooth operation of our APAC Headquarters.

• Collaborate with HQ IT division in maintaining preferred vendor lists, looking for possibilities in being cost efficient.
• Work with local and remote colleagues on IT inventory.
• Provide the HQ IT division insights related to yearly IT infrastructure, platform growth expectations through recurrent alignments.
• Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement backup processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
