IT Support Technician
As an IT Support Technician, you will manage, investigate, and resolve service desk incidents, problems, and requests across the business. You'll provide technical support, deliver effective solutions, and help maintain IT services across our UK offices.
This is a varied, fast‑paced role offering excellent opportunities to develop your technical skills within a complex organisation. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential – we provide full on‑the‑job training.
Initially, the role will focus primarily on telephone‑based support, using remote management tools such as ConnectWise Automate.
