Role: IT Support Technician – Office Based (York)Sector: In-House IT SupportLocation: York

Salary is upto £30,000 depending one experience

As the in-house IT Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the IT systems, ensuring they are available to support the needs of the business. You will be an experienced IT Technician with strong organisation & communications skills. 

IT Support Technician Responsibilities:
Providing technical support for staff, both hardware- and software-related, over the telephone or face-to-face, as appropriate.

Providing technical support for telecoms issues, including smart phones and support for VOIP system issues.
