We’re looking for a proactive IT Support/Facilities Lead to join our client’s team in Tralee. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all IT and facilities needs, ensuring smooth operations for our internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Handle technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket system.

Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide IT training.

Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations.

Oversee inventory management and office logistics.

Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.

Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
2-3 years of IT support experience.

Facilities management experience preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.
