Requirements
- Completed education in Information Technology or a comparable, officially recognized qualification
- Several years of practical experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist
- Strong knowledge of current server and client operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms is an advantage (AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, routing, switching, VLANs, and firewalls
- High level of reliability, communication skills, independence, and flexibility
- Fluent German and good English language skills
